At Glitzy Studios, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The hair must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition it was received.

  • All original labels, ties, and protective coverings must be intact and unaltered.

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this time, all sales are considered final.

     

     

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This includes any customized textures, colors, lengths, or special requests made at the time of purchase.

Curly Hair Policy

For curly or wavy textures, please do not pull apart, comb, or manipulate the hair before deciding to keep it.
Hair that has been altered, brushed out, or detangled will not qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt as proof of shipment. Glitzy Studios is not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.

Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
